Returns
We hope that you’re completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may Return or Exchange your item within (14) days of the date your order was received. Please note all SALE, SAMPLE SALE & DISCOUNTED (COUPON CODE) items are nonrefundable and are a final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Email us at concierge@haranijewels.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). In your email please provide us with the following information:

1. Your full name and telephone number
2. Order confirmation number
3. The item(s) being returned or exchanged and a brief explanation

Once an RA number has been created, we will send a Return Authorization Form directly to your email account. The customer must print this form and include it in their return shipment. All Returns or Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your returned package. Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for each item returned. An email will be sent to notify the customer once the Refund or Exchange has been processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.(rejection would mean the item(s) have been broken, damaged or used)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at concierge@haranijewels.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
SALE, SAMPLE SALE & DISCOUNTED (COUPON CODE) items are nonrefundable and are a final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt of order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at concierge@haranijewels.com and a concierge member will contact you.

Shipping
If you paid for shipping charges in your original order you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Shipping costs are non-refundable.
