Our jewelry is handmade by artisans abroad with exceptional craftsmanship.
- Avoid spraying perfume on the jewelry, as it can tarnish the finish
- Avoid bathing or showering with jewelry on
- Avoid sleeping with the jewelry on (although we love a good nap and sleep all together! :))
- Polish your item regularly with the cloth provided
- Use the given pouch or folder to store your jewelry
- When will my order ship?
- Most orders will be shipped the following business day, Monday – Friday. In some cases the shipping processing may take up to 48 hours. Shipping occurs once the payment has been approved and the address has been verified.
- When will I receive my order?
- If you selected Standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. If you selected Express shipping you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you qualify for Free shipping you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow processing time in addition to shipping time for delivery.
- How much will it cost to ship my order?
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150. Otherwise, shipping charges depend on the shipping method you prefer.
- Standard Shipping: $7.50 (5-7 Business Days)
- Express Shipping: $13.95 (2-3 Business Days)
- Which carrier will you use to ship my order?
- We currently use USPS.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We currently do not ship worldwide.
- Can you return merchandise?
- You may Return or Exchange your item within (14) days of the date your order was received.
- Please note all SALE, SAMPLE SALE & DISCOUNTED (COUPON CODE) items are nonrefundable and are a final sale.
- How do you complete a return?
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Email us at email@example.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). In your email please provide us with the following information:
1. Your full name and telephone number
2. Order confirmation number
3. The item(s) being returned or exchanged and a brief explanation
Once an RA number has been created, we will send a Return Authorization Form directly to your email account. The customer must print this form and include it in their return shipment. All Returns or Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your returned package. Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for each item returned. An email will be sent to notify the customer once the Refund or Exchange has been processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.(rejection would mean the item(s) have been broken, damaged or used)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
What if my refund is late/missing?
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Can I exchange an item or another one?
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and a concierge member will contact you.
- Are shipping charges refundable?
- If you paid for shipping charges in your original order you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Are sale items refundable?
- SALE, SAMPLE SALE & DISCOUNTED (COUPON CODE) items are nonrefundable and are a final sale.
